Courtney Lynn Mead (Gwen Stefani) Courtney has been a featured performer for over a decade in a variety of touring musical shows, specializing in 1940s Big Band and Top 40 Pop. Courtney has enjoyed roles with UMBC Opera (University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus) and was a vocalist/soloist with the Maryland Camerata Chamber Choir (UMBC). Courtney is an award-winning visual artist whose artwork has been displayed at Johns Hopkins University, the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and the Wishing Well in Lake Arrowhead, California. She also won a first-place standing for her painting of a wine cellar which was used in all publications for the 2005 Cincinnati Wine Festival. Courtney is currently acquiring her graphic design degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She enjoys her role as lead singer of Sunday Morning as well as her role as girlfriend (to the talented Jeremy Czarniak). The two share a happy home in the south hills of Pittsburgh.

Brandon Tyler Lehman (Tom Dumont) has been involved in music his whole life. His uncle, Carl Jackson, (a distinguished and sought-after trombonist/arranger) , had influenced him to pick up the guitar at the age of 9. Born and raised in North and South Carolina, he made the move to Pittsburgh about 7 years ago. Brandon has studied Music Performance at the University of Pittsburgh under the instruction of Joe Negri, (Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood) for the past two years. Brandon has played in the pit orchestras for Pittsburgh Musical Theater (PMT) in Fame, Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables, and Crazy for You. He has been featured on Cornerstone Television with a live performance from Patrick Polk and Worship!, as well as a handful of Top 40/Pop groups. In the summer of 2008, he traveled to Jamaica with the University of Pittsburgh Jazz Band on a 10-day tour where they performed for schools and provided musical workshops for the children in the area. Brandon now resides in the Shadyside/Oakland area of Pittsburgh. An enthusiastic member of Sunday Morning, he is honored to perform as Tom Dumont. When he’s not playing, teaching, recording, and otherwise working, he is preparing for future training to become a Pittsburgh City Firefighter.

Justin Davis (Adrian Young) has always been surrounded by music. At a young age Justin sang in boy choirs. At age 12, Justin was inspired to take up the drums by his father (a drummer for a successful regional band in Youngstown, OH) who helped Justin develop his drumming skills. Justin has his degree in Information Technology from Youngstown State University. His recent musical experiences include playing in Youngstown praise bands, (featured on bass, drums, and guitar and vocals), and drumming for Sunday Morning. He now resides on Mt. Washington, with his wife Emily, (a graphic designer). As a highly motivated musician, always trying to acquire more musical knowledge, Justin is excited to perform as Adrian Young in Sunday Morning.

Mary Beth Kulin (Keys, Vocals) has had an interest in music since the age of three when she fell in love with the rocking animated series “Jem”, as well as The Monkees TV show. At the age of 9, she began taking piano lessons and has since had honed her craft on clarinet, trumpet, and piano. Mary Beth also has been involved with musical theater since the age of 11. Some of her more notable roles include Sargent Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Florinda in Into the Woods, and Ethel Toffelmier in The Music Man. Mary Beth, a Pittsburgh native, is a featured model for Pittsburgh photographers, as well as an actress in Pittsburgh area films. She majored in Music Education (with an emphasis in piano) at Duquesne University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008. Since then, she has been teaching music to preschool age students. She joined Sunday Morning in August 2008 and is still rocking the keys, vocals, dancing, (and rapping) to this day.

Alex Byers (Tony Kanal) Alex recently joined Sunday Morning as bassist, Tony Kanal. Alex has a jazz background and studies guitar in the music program at Duquesne University. He once attended the Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts school, (CAPA) with fellow bandmate, guitarist Brandon Lehman, and the two bring a great camaraderie to the show. Alex is a Pittsburgh Native.

Steve Blumenthal (Trombone) — Steve is a music student at the prestigious Duquesne University. He is an incredible energy onstage and generally has his own cheering section by the middle of each show Sunday Morning performs. His horn parts give that “something extra” to each song from No Doubt’s Tragic Kingdom days, and, note-for-note, Steve is always on the mark. Steve comes to us from the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, PA.
